Design Timelines

You can expect to receive your first design proof based on your order type:

• Artwork Edits: 1–3 business days after placing your order.
• Artwork Recreation: 2–4 business days after placing your order.

• Custom Design: Within 5 business days after placing your order.*

• Timelines may vary depending on the number of designs in your order and current order capacity. A customized timeline will be provided when you place your order.

• Additional time may be needed for revision rounds and depends on how quickly you approve/disapprove your proofs.

  
  

Custom Design Orders:

Your first proof will include multiple design options to choose from. Once you select your preferred design, your two free revision rounds will begin with the second proof.
