Design Timelines

Based on your order type, you will typically receive your first design proof for:

• Artwork Edits: Between 1 - 3 business days of placing your order
• Artwork Recreations: Between 2 - 4 business days of placing your order 
• Custom Design: Within 5 business days of placing your order *

Please Note: The timeline for your design order may vary from the times above depending on the number of designs in your order and order capacity. You will receive a customized order timeline when you place your order. 

Additional time may be added to complete your design order if you need any revision rounds after your first proof and how quickly you approve/disapprove your proof during the order process.

* For Custom Design orders, your first proof will contain a few design options for you to choose from. Once you let us know which design you like best, you will receive a second proof. Your two free revision rounds do not begin until you have selected one design option to move forward with.
