Unflattened Files

An unflattened file is where all of your artwork layers are still visible and editable. When all visible layers of a file are merged, this is known as flattening the file. 

Flattening reduces the file size, but we will not be able to make any further changes to your file after it has been flattened. If you need us to make an edits to your file, we'll need the unflattened version.
