Writing on Labels

If you need to write dates, variety names, or other details on your labels, choose either unlaminated paper or a material with a matte laminate.

Recommended Writing Tools

• Unlaminated Paper: Use a ballpoint pen, pencil, or fine/ultra-fine point permanent marker—any writing tool will work!
• Matte Laminate: Use a fine or ultra-fine point permanent marker.
  • Note: Ballpoint or gel pens aren’t recommended for laminated materials as the surface is plastic.
