Roll Diameter & Roll Quantities
We have several options available for you to customize the size or quantity of labels on your rolls:
- Maximum Diameter
- Maximum Quantity per roll
- Fewest Rolls
1 - Maximum Diameter
You can specify a maximum diameter when you are machine applying with a label applicator that must accommodate a certain sized rolls. Most label applicators have a maximum roll diameter of 8", but some machines can accommodate larger 10" and 12" rolls as well. We can produce rolls as large as 13″. Bear in mind that the core itself is 3" diameter, and your roll may be smaller than the maximum but will not exceed it.
To order a maximum roll diameter, select the Qty on Roll/Roll Diameter checkbox on the order page, and enter your maximum roll diameter (in inches).
2 - Maximum Quantity per Roll
While we cannot guarantee an exact quantity of labels per roll, you can specify a maximum amount of labels per roll. Your rolls may be smaller than the maximum but will not exceed it.
To order a maximum quantity on roll, select the Qty on Roll/Roll Diameter checkbox on the order page, and enter your maximum labels per roll.
3 - Fewest Rolls
Our production is set up to produce rolls as efficiently as possible, with minimal material waste and manual labor. This may result in you receiving multiple rolls of a single design.
Selecting "Fewest Rolls" will result in our team manually splicing these multiple rolls together into larger rolls. This is especially helpful in machine application so there’s less change-over between rolls. There is an additional cost for this service for the additional time and/or materials required.
To order fewest rolls, select the "Produce fewest possible rolls" checkbox on the order page.
