You can make updates to your order during the proofing stage, before printing begins.

How to Make Changes

• To add designs, update files, or change order specifications, contact our Customer Care Team.
• If changes are possible, we’ll:
  • Make the necessary updates.

  • Send an additional charge or refund, if applicable.

    
    

Once your order moves into production, changes may no longer be possible, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible during the proofing stage.
