Order Delays

While we have fast turnarounds on all orders, sometimes unforeseen factors may delay your order. High order demand, supply chain delays, or machine downtime can impact the timeline for your order.  

Standard processing times have approximated ship dates. We will do everything possible to ship your order by this date, but cannot always guarantee it.

Standard orders may be delayed by high order volume or a large amount of Expedited orders. Expedited orders are prioritized and have a guaranteed ship date, so if your due date is delayed our team will contact you to partner on next steps.
