Estimated Ship Dates

You can check your order status and estimated ship date under the Active Orders tab in your Sttark account.

• Standard Processing: Ship dates are approximate.
• Expedited Processing: Ship dates are guaranteed.

Order Stages:

1. Preprinting: Design files are reviewed, proofed, and prepared for press.
2. Printing: Your order is queued for printing.
3. Laminating: The finish (gloss, matte, etc.) is applied to your labels.
4. Converting: Labels are cut to size and produced in rolls.
5. Rewind: Rolls are manually adjusted for special roll size requests.
6. QC & Shipping: Quality control checks are performed, and your order is packaged for shipping.

   • You’ll receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
