Waiting on Customer Status

Waiting on Customer status means that the order is waiting on a next step before production.  

Here are some of the reasons your order may be in Waiting status: 

• You may have a Digital or Printed proof awaiting approval in your account. 
• Customer Care may have reached out to clarify something on your order
• We are awaiting payment for your order

• You may have a Design Edit that our Design team is working on before printing.
